Lisa D.. I’ve been here many times but always ordering the typical Enchiladas and have always been happy. I’m from Texas and do enjoy the Tex Mex aspects of the food, however tonight my husband, mom and dad visited. Since I’ve been on an low carb regimen Paul and I ordered the Mixed Fajitas. We ordered the large which is 1/2 pound of meat hoping to bring some home. While Fajjitas are never what I order, I agreed. What we got was very good BUT much less meat than 1/2 pound. We did speak to the manager and he brought us more to round it out.My feelings are, I shouldn’t have to ask for more to complete my meal.Over all I would say to eat here, just don’t order the 1/2 pound of Fajitas.
Good food. I had the Colorado burrito. My wife had the devil’s shrimp. We had a very attentive server – ask for Ivan.22 Mar, 2013Really liked the Colorado burrito. Service not great, but not as bad as mention in the other reviews. Servers just not very attentive.
A (usually) good-enough restaurant in a great location. I walk to lunch here twice a week (give or take). The basics are pretty basic- nothing too good or too bad about them. Diablo shrimp and some of their soups stand out as a little better than the rest of the menu. Decent atmosphere, with lots of seating inside.If you’re visiting Hot Springs for a day or two, I would try other options. If you’re in the area and looking for adequate Mexican at a good price- come on in! Parking in back, closed on Monday.
GREAT FOOD/GREAT DEAL. I have eaten at Colorado Grill for 7 plus years and have consistently been pleased. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Food is very reasonably priced and the margarittas are exceptional. Try the chili reallanos, stuffed pabalano pepper with chicken.
I love this place. Everything I’ve ever eaten here is good. Great cheese dip, great tacos, great atmosphere, and the employees speak good English. I’m sure you’ll like it, as well.
Great Tex-Mex! I have visited once every month or two for the last 3 years and the food is consistantly yummy! Like a lot of places in Hot Springs, they are closed on Sunday.
