Outstanding gelato. Just excellent. Great service. Love this place.
Freezer burn. I love gelato, but this was not good.I sampled the stracciatella, which I usually love, but the flavor was off. It was not creamy, tasted like water, & had too much sugar. I ended up with the cookies & cream. It had too much sugar and was freezer burn. In addition, it was sticky and clumpy. It must have been real old:( I hope it improves because I would love to have a good gelato shoppe in HS.
Great all the way around. The gelato is awesome great selection and the espresso is great to as far as the review saying the gelato was not good i think they just don’t like gelato the service is always great the owner is a really nice guy and free wifi as long as you buy something to eat or drink witch is only right so give it a try
Very good. Not being a big sweets-eater, maybe I’m not the right one to be reviewing a place like Dolce Gelato, but I gotta tell you that I do like Dolce Gelato. A lot. There seems to be a few of these ice-cream joints opening up around town lately. Must be a good markup in the stuff. But I digest… I’ve tried two or three of these places, and Dolce Gelato’s angle seems to be that they only use the best ingredients in their product. It really does show. The two flavors I usually get (chocolate hazelnut and cappuccino) are always really good; the ice cream itself doesn’t get in the way of the flavor profile. There is a little sticker shock here, though. But the quality seems good, and I don’t mind paying a little more for good stuff.

A must when in Hot Springs. I took my family to Dolce Gelato on our vacation from Oklahoma City this week. I wish we had a Gelato Shop like this close by. The service there was AMAZING, the people behind the counter were more then happy to give free samples of any of the flavers that you wanted to try. We went the last four nights that we were in hot springs. Clean and relaxing atmosphere makes this the MUST when we come back next year.
Love it and can’t get enough.. I love Dolce Gelato. Every time i make it to Hot Springs I stop and try to bring a friend with me. The owners are friendly, welcoming and generously offer you to sample anything. I only wish they had a second store in Texarkana! Thanks Dolce Gelato, your awesome.
