Who runs this place?. Your servers need trained in manners and how to be hospitable. Poor service. Food was not great, greasy and thrown together. Simple tasks people. Needs more cook staff apparently. Got some of my food after i was already done eating..
Biscuits not cooked good. I was at Ihop in Hot Springs, AR today and the service is not up to par!!!! The biscuits were under cooked and several people were waiting for service that were there before me. The employee was asked about the service and told the customers that they only had one cook. I saw that they only had one waiter. He was doing as much as he could to keep up. To top it off you could tell the waiter was new!!! It makes me feel like mu business is not important.Thank You,Dewell Lambert
Ruined my day. So my wife wanted to go out for beakfast. She had eggs benidict in mind. We waited and waited, which was strange because there were hardly any people in the resturant. When the food came out, she cut into the eggs and they were hard. That was it, she wasn’t going to wait another 20 minutes to get them redone. We left after payng a bill for food we did not eat. Ironicly, that day I got a birthday card from my brother with 2 gift cards for Ihop. Won’t be using them in Hot Springs!
How NOT to do pancakes. Cold, thick, gummy pancakes, ice cold margarine, slooow service.
All IHops are not created equal. Pass on this one.
Consistently Bad….. We have been to this IHOP three times in the past 6 months….and they are very consistent…..Consistently BAD. The food orders came out wrong, items were forgotten, the food was cold, the service was terrible, and the restaurant was filthy. Definitely will not be back. Three strikes and you’re out!
Timing. IHOP’s food is great if it’s 3am and the only other choice is Wafflehouse. Otherwise it is just good. Restaurants that serve pancakes to chinese to steaks to italian usually scare me, but somehow IHOP seems to deliver consistently. I recently ordered the crepes with Chicken, Garlic, mushrooms, onions and spinach. It was topped with a bernaise sauce and was really very good. Be adventurous… go late…. and step outside of just pancakes.
