Ate here January 18, 2014 (see review). Because of my positive experience, I invited friends from Memphis to dine with us recently. I was sadly disappointed with the overall food quality. One friend was looking forward to the lobster ravioli but waiter said they were out. He ordered a lasagna which was mediocre at best. At our last visit, a complimentary olive oil dipping was served with excellent bread. This time we received toasted smashed garlic bread with no dipping sauce. Have always ordered the seafood pasta formerly lovingly prepared. This trip I received a bowl of pasta, seafood, and a watery unflavored sauce. It was like they took soggy pasta from the cooking pot and put the seafood and a cup of hot water over it. Love mussels but when I saw that two were unopened, I was wary of eating the others. Again, previously on most orders, we received a portion of great spinach and/or a small serving of pasta. This time my wife and guests received a few broiled potato slices instead. Did all your great chefs leave or do you now employee Hells Kitchen wannabes? I was so embarrassed in front of our guests. For $150 we expected so much better. Please, please restore your quality Italian cuisine. . . . On a positive note, our waiter was excellent.
I was very impressed with the food and the wait staff was great! We started with the bruschetta which was excellent. The salad was great and the balsamic vinegarette really set it off well. I had the steak panetta which was cooked perfect! We took home dessert as the food was very filling. I have read that some reviewers thought it was pricey, however for the food and service I would say that prices were less than what I would pay for in Little Rock for the same items. We will definitely be back very soon!
