Smoking establishment. I cannot review the food, because I did not really make it that far. Access to Lagniappes’s is through the 21 and up casino at Oaklawn. The casino floor was a fog of smoke. I did make it to the restaurant and they told me that smoking was not allowed in the dining room, but it still reeked of stale smoke. So, if you are a smoker and over 21, this might be a good choice. If you are not a smoker, or have kids, this is a definite NO.
