Very nice servers, clean, noisie. The first Long Horn in GA was great then I guess they started to franchise and the quality has deteriorated. We ordered Flo’s fillet. Nice portion,but mealy on the outside due I guess to meat tenderizers. Won’t be going back when I can get an unadulterated piece of meat elsewhere.
While the service was pleasant and the restaurant is nice, the quality of the meat is absolutely horrible, and devoid of seasoning. Prices are high, and this place has all the negatives of a corporate restaurant without any of the benefits. Very disappointed as this place has promise but the quality of the meat at a place that calls itself a steakhouse is an embarassment

Excellent!. I loved my steak there and have been there numerous times. My favorite is Flos Fillet and it is the best steak I have ever eaten in Hot Springs and I eat plenty of steaks. The Bananas Foster is the most amazing dessert I ever ate! I have had an overcooked steak there once, but they politely took it back and got me a new one. All the servers I have had were excellent. This is my new favorite restaurant. Those people who expected them to be perfect right off the bat don’t realize that everyone had to be trained and perfecting your skills comes with experience. Patience could be suggested.
Two times and done.. My wife and I have tried this place two times and the service was poorly done on the first trip but we decided to try it again. This was a big mistake. After sitting for about 20 minutes I stopped the manager and he took our order then said he would have the waitress over to take care of us. She showed up at the end of our meal and offered to give us deserts on the house with our check in hand. This is the worst service I have had in years and the manager was part of it.
Consistently undercooked steaks. Our table had 4 steaks ordered from Med/rare all the way to well done. The well done was pink and the med was cool and raw in the middle. So always order up a level from what u like. I ordered what the waitress said was the most tender steak on the menu. It was tough as leather. I gave it a second chance and came back and had the same experience. I won’t be giving it a third try!
Not a fan. I really wanted to like this chain steak house. The ad’s they run on TV with the flame kissed steaks just look so awesome. And the specials are at a very reasonable price point. Our steaks were very over cooked, thin, and cooked on a flat top griddle – not a flame. Also, there seemed to be an excessive amount of seasonings and cayenne pepper. The baked brussels sprouts were under cooked and hard to eat due to their large sizes. The adjoining table sent their steaks back 2 times and still didn’t eat what finally came out. The bourbon based drinks were good – and the service/atmosphere was very nice. Maybe it’s just because they are new and still learning. But, I’m skeptical about trying them again.
