I’ve been here a few times for breakfast/coffee when I’m in town for business. I can’t say it’s anything other than average for McDonalds. The coffee is hot and decent, that’s the main thing for me.
Complaint. It claims to be open 24 hours… But almost every time we come there between 3am and 5 am they say they can not take orders..until their breakfast people get there. So what are they paying the people to do at that time?. And why are there people sitting in the lobby?
They never have Italian dressing. I went through drive through and ordered two side salads and once again they had no Italian dressing. That wasnt even the worse part. When I arrived at home the salad was like it had been frozen and thawed out .I threw it in the trash. Wasn’t worth the drive or gas back out. I most than likley won’t be going back.
Worse McDonalds in Hot Springs. My wife went through the drive thru on 10/15/2013 she ordered the lg water McChicken and fries this location refused to sell her a LARGE water they said we only sell small water now my wife offered to pay a $1.00 as this is the price for all Large Drinks the girls was very rude and told her no you can not have it REALLY !!!!!!! since when we will never go back to this location and i would recommend no one else wast their time here ……
