One of my favorite place to go for Japanese Cuisine….. I am the regular customer with Osaka, my wife & daughter are the big fan of their sushi roll, but myself and boys enjoy hibachi food more, lobster and scallops are my favorite, chef was good and kept us entertained, our family has always enjoyed our experience over there, out of curiosity, my nosy wife did ask management about those bad reviews: there were two weeks during March, one of sushi chef and server had to be away out of state to attend the family matter(ill relative&funeral), they were short on staff those weeks, especially dealing with sushi orders during rush hours, they had some complaints on the spot about filling up the sushi order those days,our experiences with server has always been positive, but we did notice many new and familiar faces lately, two of part-time server are from same school with my kids, GO RAMS 🙂
Horrible food and service!!!!!!!!!!!. The food was really bad and the service was deplorable we couldn’t get waited on our sushi was ehhh at best . I never received a refill on our drinks once!!!! The staff had rather chit chat that actually wait on you… We sat at a table because the wait for the hibachi was well over an hour even though they would tell everyone 20 min. Our appetizers came out just moments before our dinner when we got our dinner and hour after ordering it it was cold. Horrible experience will never go back,
Horrible!!!. Terrible terrible service!!! Ordered sushi before our meal and never got it until after our meal. Then the California roll was hot. Never refilled our drinks. My husband got his salad after everyone else. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Hot springs needs another Japanese Steak House!!!
Never Again. Stopped in at Osaka tonight to eat with my family. We stood at the entrance for 2-3 minutes in full view of the owner who was behind the bar jaw jacking with someone waiting on a to go order. She finally acknowledged our presence and told us to wait as she went back to finishing her oh so important tale being told. I asked my wife if she would like to try the Crazy Samurai down the road and began to count down out loud from ten. Not loud enough for the owner to hear but my family prepared to exit. We left. I have spent well over a thousand dollars in this restaurant in the last year but will not give them another cent.This is second time the owner has been more than rude to us.We used to put up with her contempt and disgust of white americans but no more.
Worst Japanese steak house I’ve ever been to.
Rolls were great, service was great. Only complaint was no descriptions of what the rolls contained. Nigiri was great as well.
I went here on a reccomendation. I was highly disappointed in the service. The waitress never made you feel comfortable. She looked aggravated and she was not friendly at all. Tge table next to me tried to get their attention several times to no avail. The sushi itself wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t great. A bit pricey for what you get. Won’t go back.
