Now I remember why it’s been ten years since we last came to Rod’s. If you come on a buffet day it might not be too bad, but come on a busy Sunday night where your option is table service only, be prepared to wait. In our case ten minutes after you are seated to have someone take a drink order, and another forty-five for your pizza. The pizza is good, you will need one size smaller than you think. But the wait and poor service is not worth it.
Great Buffet!!. Sunday buffet was absolutly wonderful!! We were able to choose from many different styles of pizza. My husband loved the Godfather style; while I enjoyed the thin crust chicken with veggies. My husband also raved about the blueberry dessert pizza. Rods Pizza Cellar, we WILL eat here again our next visit to Hot Spring!!!
The best! Service is fast & friendly. Definitely can’t go wrong with the signature Godfather!! Love the salad bar too!!!
Tina. My daughter and I eat Rod’s pizza once a month and will not get pizza anywhere else. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. The food is absolutely delicious! They are now open on MONDAY now too. I highly recommend Rod’s.
Pizza and Spaghetti for 4. We ordered the meal for 4 the pizza was the smoked pepperoni pizza the pizza was good but the pepperoni was not my favorite and this was the first time i ever tried the smoked but overall the pizza was good the salad bar was fresh and good with a nice selection for its size our server was prompt and friendly the spaghetti was ok everyone else liked it im just picky about my sauce i will place a different order next time but over all a good experience ……….
I would not recommend this at all. Walked in, waited to be seated and was never helped so we asked a 9-10 year old that was at the register who said, sit where you want. We served ourselves to the drinks although I did see a few customers that were actual served by a waitress. We had no contact from any of the staff. The buffet did not have much variety as far as pizza choices. The pizza that was there was lukewarm. The dessert bar was near empty when we arrived and never restocked while we were there. The restaurant was started in the 70’s and their decor has remained through the years. It’s old, run down, and dirty. Very disappointed by the restaurant
Didnt like it. I had to.fix my own drinks and get refills. Waited almost an hour for pizza and spaghetti. The noodles were hard and dry. When we recieved our ticket. We asked for a discount. The co owner-cook-dishwasher was mad at us because we did not liker her food.
