Great place for Hot Springs. There are not very many great places to eat in Hot Springs, but this is one of my favorites. Food is fresh and tasty. Staff is nice and helpful. Always welcoming and a friendly environment.
Tired. San Francisco Bread company was a cool place when it first opened in Hot Springs. Since then it has slowly lost is luster in design, food and service. Recently I went back and stood in the little line to order only to be met with frowning staff, speaking in monotone tiredness. My order took quite a long time to come out and they weren’t really that busy. My favorite food there has been the Honey Pecan turkey wrap and baked Lays. It’s a good wrap, but becoming not with going here to get it. There are now so many other places in Hot springs to dine, I’ll just choose a sandwich elsewhere.
Just Alright. The place is pretty dirty inside. Needs some bleach and elbow grease. Cheesecakes are room temp and a little mushy. Their in house computers are either not running or full of viruses. Their bread tastes like bread. Their bagels taste like bread. What can I say? Typical chain restaurant.
Coffee and Dessert Only….. After eating here a few times, we have finally decided that for us….this is a coffee and dessert restauarnt only. The prices on their food items are too high for the quality of the food, and the service is sufficiently bad enough to make it even more of a dissappointment. Usually, the coffee and desserts are good….and it is a nice place to sit and chat with a group of friends…..but beware. Sometimes the coffee pots are all empty at once, and it takes forever to get things refilled.
Awesome place. Great place great food and the service is excellent and will recommand others to visit this place friendly based business.
Pretty good food, a little pricey for what you get. Terrible wifi, get a sandwich or soup, and then go down to Books-A-Million and get a good coffee and free wifi.
