This place makes the best country fried steak you’d ever want! The mashed potatoes are real and everything is. freshly made! I keep wanting to go back and take a pic of lunch menu.
This little spot on Carpenter Dam Road is the perfect cute breakfast joint to launch your day exploring Garvan Woodland Gardens. It’s tucked in to a small strip mall across from the Dollar General, but hey, the cook understands how to make a great cream and pepper gravy and the wait staff is sweet. tiedyetravels.com
Gross. Just gross. I visited there this weekend after passing by often and wondering what the food was like. Now I know. And I wish I didn’t.
