Since this place is rated 4.9 it seems like they don’t know good barbecue here. The brisket was dry the frys were cold and looked like they had been setting under heat lamps for hours. Onion rings were not good. Everything else was just fair. A barbecue place like this could not stay in business in Oklahoma. Worst meal of our trip
We are here from out of town and have looked forward to eating here since it has one of the highest ratings for restaurants in the Hot Springs area. An older woman took our order and answered questions but not welcoming and no smile. We ordered the smaller sampler platter with come slaw, green beans, French fries and onion rings. All of the meats were dry as if they’d been sitting under a warmer, also true of the French fries. They were limp, cold, greasy and looked to be the end and broken pieces of fries. The green beans were ok, seasoned, just warm with a good flavor. Onion rings weren’t cooked through and the onions aren’t sweet. The coke slaw wasn’t very good either. It was a disappointment all the way around. Quality of food and service were poor. They had our food ready quickly which confirms that it all was setting under warning lights. The restaurant is hot.
Delicious BBQ! The nachos are the bomb! Get them with pulled pork and mild and hot sauces. this has to be 140 characters. YUM. This place is great. Super fast service and cheap beer, ya’ll
You will not be disappointed! Great bbq and fixings all at a very reasonable price! We ordered everything for our high school reunion from them and they did a great job.
Definitely the best barbecue in town–I only wish they were open on mondays!! The smoked sausage is just awesome! Pulled pork is another favorite.
I always say if a bbq place isn’t busy don’t stop. Everything was just great. Besides being in a strip-mall everything was some of the best southern bow I have eaten. Ribs were perfect. Not to soft not to tough. Pulled pork great too it’s a must stop.
Blissfully Delicious!. Whenever we come up from Dallas, my husband & I can’t wait to dive in to this place!, I’m a vegetarian 99% of the time but definitely not when I’m dining here!, It’s simply perfect from the sauces to the baked potato salad to the ribs etc. I could go on, the best in town!, to say the least! I just ate there, & it makes me hungry again just thinking of it!
