We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and the food was spectacular! The Sausage and cheese platter was so delicious! It will forever be the appetizer we choose here. White Schnitzel and Night Hours were tender, full of flavor and the portions were very generous. Thank you, Steinhaus Keller, for serving up some truly incredible German food!

Best part of the dinner was the dunkel beer & Chardonnay. Unfortunately for this eatery we’re had good German food, & this wasn’t it. The service was even more subpar. There may have been two waitresses working a Sunday night with ten tables. The schweinne schnitzel was huge, but tough, like the pork was loin, not tenderloin. The potato pancake was a hardened cake of tasteless potato & onion. The red cabbage was OK, but the hot potato salad was simply a pan full of quartered red potatoes. Yuck!

They had the best Jger Schnitzel. Everything is homemade with fresh ingredients. The chef/owner came out and chatted with us and the service was excellent. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Love the German food! Great bar and people. We come here every time we visit hot springs and have never had a bad meal. The chef knows how to create real German food.

Mixed experience here. First time it was decent service and second time we waited over an hour before getting any food at all. So hope you don’t mind long waits.

Worst service ever. Owner rude coiuld not even get an order of water correct. Talked to several residents of Hot Springs and this is nothing new to this resturant.

A MUST Stop In Hot Springs!. Absolutely delicious! Most tender pork cutlets (Night Hours)! The dumplings are amazing. The Brussel sprouts are the best I’ve had! The cheeses, bread, sauteed onions & mushrooms…everything was superb! I had the black forest schnitzel (amazing!). And my husband had the Night Hours. We both couldn’t stop picking at both our plates. It was THAT good!
