Grav and I argue when we go to Hot Springs on why NOT to go to Taco Mama… and then end up there anyway. We love it a bit too much. I mean, okay, man, the tacos are really really good, and the salsa is perfect, and the beans and the cilantro rice are ridiculous, and they understand the concept of a perfect original margarita and oh hey, have I mentioned the potato-wrapped deep fried cheese stuffed jalapenos with strawberry jam that I really shouldn’t eat but do? That’s the problem. It’s hard for me to go eat and write about other restaurants when there’s Taco Mama. If only it weren’t quite as delicious and consistent as it tends to be… tiedyetravels.com
