Went to the vault on 8-29-18, for our 30th anniversary, we had reservations and were seated immediately, well 17 min.later no one had waited on us, brought us water NOTHING! So we walked our and went to Bones Chop House, where we got amazing service and great food. Also at the vault the acoustics were terrible, way too loud!
