One of the true gems of Hot Springs. I’ve eaten here numerous times over the years, and the food is always consistently great. I usually get the tilapia or shrimp dishes. They come with an excellent sauce the the rice is amazing. The place also has good sangria and margs. Just don’t come expecting Tex mex.

Pretty good!. Let me start out by saying WOW at that homemade sangria. YUM! The margarita was great too! We tried two salsas and the shrimp quesadilla- both good. The best part was the lobster quesadilla. How unique! Everything was good, and the service was great! I’ll be back!

The menu is no longer correct, we tried ordering and on two were told they were not available. The food, when it finally came was good but no better than anywhere else and the waitresses need an attitude adjustment!

A Great Place for a nice evening!. From the setting, the atmosphere & friendly staff, it is a super setup for fantastic food & great drinks- you gotta try the Mole Negro. Start with the tilapia/shrimp ceviche- you won’t be disapointed!

Fantastic Food, Terrible Service. I wanted to like this place. I looked forward to eating at this authentic hidden gem on my recent trip to Hot Springs. To start, the guacamole was very good – fresh, flavorful, delicious. We ordered two salsas – the Cacahuate (peanut) and Tomate Rostizado (spicy tomato) – and they were both great. I am a huge salsa fan, so I want to try all varieties if I ever go back. My wife had the Shrimp Quesadillas. She said they were good, but to be honest the quesadillas we make at home on our indoor grill are just as good. I ordered the steak fajitas and thought they were pretty good – tender, flavorful, good portion. We both thought the rice topped with guacamole was good as well. But like others have said, the service was absolutely terrible. We waited so long to order I was wishing that the guacamole and salsa came with free refills. There were three waitresses working this night (Friday around 6 pm) and initially the restaurant was not busy at all. In fact, they did not get busy until we had finished eating and waited forever for our check. So one waitress comes to check on us and asks my wife if she would like more water, to which she said yes. A few minutes go by and another waitress comes by and asks if she needs more water – yes again. A few minutes after that the first waitress comes back with more chips and I remind her that my wife still is still waiting on a refill. Plus I tell her we are ready for our check because we finished eating a few minutes before. Then, 5 minutes later, the third waitress (I think she was the owner) comes by and asks how everything was. I tell her about the water situation and how it’s ridiculous that two different waitresses asked my wife if she wanted more, yet her glass was still empty. I’m not usually one to complain to waitresses unless there’s a good reason. How else are they going to learn? So this waitress gives me a dirty look and tells me they are short handed and very busy. Like I said, at this point was when they were starting to get busy. Anyway, she finally brings more water, but then we wait another ten minutes for our check. I’ve never wanted to skip a check as bad as I did here. I honestly believe they wouldn’t have noticed. So I’ll probably give it one more shot the next time I’m in town. The food was good enough. Hopefully they’ve worked out all the bugs or hired more wait staff.

Yummy!. I ate here while in town last week – the food was really fresh and unique. The guacamole was wonderful, the rice was creamy, and the shrimp tacos had a great flavor. I would have eaten all of my meals here if I could have, there are so many delicious-looking things on the menu. I will certainly come back here the next time I’m in town!
