Andy’s is the best choice you can make if you’re in the mood for a frozen treat. They have frozen concrete combinations that might possibly change your life. If it’s Girl Scout Cookie season, try the Thin Mint Concrete. It’s everything you ever thought a dessert could be. My only complaint about Andy’s is that they haven’t figured out how to take all the calories out of their delicious custard yet.
