Good food and good service. We visited Bistro based on it’s high rating and found that the environment was attractive, the service was quick and the food was tasty. Our suggestions for improvement: The servers looked bored and were checking their cell phones while they leaned on the front counter. We arrived deliberately after the lunch crowd so we could have a relaxing lunch. What we got was to hear the owner/manager having some problem with someone on the phone and spending a good long time at the front counter having a negative phone conversation.
Amazing Food and Service!!. This place is great! We have enjoyed meals there, and meals taken from their case. We especially enjoyed the beef alfredo. We look forward to being regulars here!

Disappointed. I had heard good things about Bistro on the Ridge from family members and was looking forward to a good burger – but it was not to be. I ordered take out but was there in less than 5 min and had to wait for the order at the window. The burger, as was all of the meal, was not fresh – I don’t know how long they had been sitting, but the food was definitely not cooked for my order. The burger meat tasted ok, but it was room temp at best. The side of fries that came with meal was a very meager portion and they were cold. The same for the side of fried okra. Perhaps I tried it at a bad time (approx 5 PM on a Monday afternoon) – Oh yes, $8.95 for burger & fries – not cheap.

Food review. Had Sunday lunch there last week. Loved the burger. Great way to offer it with all the topping options. Our waitress, Lauren, was delightful. We’ll be back for the quiche!
