Love It Here!. Friendliest restaurant in Jonesboro! Never bad service and never a bad waiter/waitress. Everyone always has a smile on their face and seems to enjoy working there which is a HUGE improvement over many of the other fast food restaurants in the area.
As a restaurant, this Chick-fil-a earns points for being clean, efficient and having a courteous staff.However, the food itself is boring, bland, and highly overrated.Their main staple is their breaded chicken breast sandwich with two pickles on it: an incredibly dull sandwich idea. All other sandwiches on the menu are a close derivative of this idea, leaving a menu with almost no variety. The salads and wraps are pretty standard fair for most fast food chains, with none of the interesting ideas that some other chains have experimented with. One thing I will say is they have a few unique sides – like the carrot and raisin salad and the chicken salad sides. Though I am not certain if this location carries both of those options. My suggestion: Avoid this restaurant unless you are a fan of dull and bland food. If you want fast food chicken, KFC is a better choice with more variety.
Great food & outstanding service. Without a doubt, this is the friendliest quick-serve restaurant you can go to. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel important and ensure that your order is correct. The food is very good too. I think they have the best chicken sandwich you can get anywhere.
The Best Chik-fil-A EVER. Miss Cindy and the gang at Turtle Creek C-F-A are the best, the place is spotless, the food is wonderful and the staff will go out of their way to do anything for you, they also sponsor many on site events to raise money for local charities. I will keep supporting them in everything they do, they are wonderful people.
Gotta Love the Cows!. Aside from the cow car, the cows on the side of the road, and even the awesome food, we love this place. Every time we’ve eaten inside, the place has been spotless; even smells clean (but not that bad clean smell). And they’re fast! and friendly! and no, I don’t work for them… 🙂
Holy chickens!. Too bad they donate so much money to Focus On The Family…their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries are really good. My husband won’t eat here on principle. lol
