Chick-fil-a Turtle Creek.We bought a punch off card from them for a fundraiser with no expiration date. The card was supposed to be good for 10 sandwiches. We had 5 remaining. We tried to use the card a couple of weeks ago and they refused to honor the remaining 5 sandwiches. The manager said they decided not to honor them anymore. I was flabbergasted to say the least. Not to mention that we found an old straw wrapper in my wifes drink and hair in the kids food.What a sorry way to do business.
