We have been to several Chili’s in the past and have ordered marguerite chicken. Our server was Wonderful and very helpful bringing our food out very quickly-too quickly in fact as the food was very bland and cold. So I’m giving this Chili’s a 2.0 because the food was COLD!
Raw Chicken. I travel to Jonesboro a lot for work but I’ll never dine at this location again. I ordered a grilled chicken salad to go on 3/11/14. When I made it to my hotel, I noticed the chicken was undercooked…the center was still pink. I spoke to a manager who seemed not concerned at all. He said he would mail me some vouchers since they were about to close. Needless to say, I never received the vouchers. The most disappointing part was when I opened the container, I immediately noticed the chicken was not fully cooked because the cooks slice it before plating. If I noticed this immediately, the cook should have too.
Awful and Expensive. Yesterday, I ordered lunch at the Jonesboro , Arkansas location. It was awful. The table was sticky. The seats were sticky. Dirty dishes were piled up on vacant, adjacent tables. I ordered ribs which were overly cooked and bland. The onion rings were greasy. My friend ordered a steak/shrimp/chicken fajita dish. The steak was spoiled. After discussing the situation with the manager, he stated that he would take care of it and apologized for the problem. However, when our tab arrived, the manager had given us a $1discount for the steak that came with with the fajita order which could not be eaten. This is insulting. This place needs to be shut down by the health department.
They don’t get the foursquare coupon for free chips and salsa. Sometimes they let you use it and sometimes they don’t.
Chili’s has made so many cutbacks that the food has gotten nasty. The steaks are about 40% fat, and about half the size they used to be. I dont ever want to go back.
It’s good!. Chili’s is good if you are going for the tv’s and the burgers. The chips and Salsa are better at Mexican restaurants but that’s the cheapest thing you can get away with making so be it. I have tried quite a few things there and am only happy with the burgers and fries. The portions are small and definately not worth the money. I can watch basketball and football games at home, that doesn’t provide an eating atmosphere for me.
Chilis is a great place to eat. I prefer the honey chipotle chicken crispers or cajun chicken pasta.
