Down home catfish house. No frills open dining room and catfish buffet. Food is tasty, friendly service. Place is clean, price is reasonable. Would recommend.
Nice buffet, for a nice price. The buffet table fills up quickly with freshly cooked food. Friendly service as well.Great place!The only criticism i can give is the decor. It is a bit out dated, but that can easily change.
Great food, friendly accomodating staff.. We were treated to dinner here on a Saturday. They have a buffet that is small in comparison to some, but let me tell you- the food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned and homemade. The catfish was some of the best I have ever had. Clean tasting, no muddy taste like some and the coating was crunchy with a perfect seasoning. I didn’t need lemon juice, tartar sauce or tabasco because I wanted to taste these wonderful fish! Great job Fishboat-I will be back and recommend you to everyone.
We were in town for the weekend and found this restraint by looking on the internet. The food was fabulous!!! The service was top notch!! We never had to wait for any drink and they even brought fresh fish and other dishes out to our table!! Wonderful all the way around. We will be back!!!
Upon entering we were promptly greeted. They made sure to keep the buffet stocked up specifically for us since, there wasn’t many other guest. I really appreciate the fact they didn’t over cook. That tells me they r mindful not to waste food. Overall, I’d recommend any one to eat there.
Yum!! Sooo glad we found this place…everything we ate was great!! Layed back atmosphere & staff was super friendly, too. We will definately be back!!
