The lunch special is amazing! 3 sushi rolls (I got spicy yellowtail, spicy salmon, and New York (salmon skin) roll) + a bowl of miso soup for under $12! Yum!
Every time I go to Arkansas, I go here. I love this restaurant. The cooks are so amazing and involved with the guests. I love it. My favorite restaurant of all time.
Yummy.it’s where we always go for Japanese food.
It’s Ok. The only complaint I have with Fuji is the shrimp is always over cooked and rubbery from the hibachi grill.

Great good, bland rice. We absolutely LOVED the steak, chicken, and shrimp. Great flavor and properly cooked. The pieces were cut a little smaller than I like, but not too big of a problem. The fried rice, though, was bland. Very bland. I had to add an alarming amount of soy sauce to bring out the flavor, and even after then, I still mixed my meat with it so the juice would provide further enhancement. The service was fine and dandy. We’ll definitely be back.UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATEFebruary 2013 – Kimono Japanese Steak House in downtown Jonesboro has surpassed Fuji as our favorite hibachi in town!
