Easily the best place for Japanese in Jonesboro. After having some delicious Japanese in the Northeast US, this did not disappoint. I usually do a smaller sushi roll and the hibachi chicken special with double rice, no vegetables. The shrimp/yum yum sauce is absolutely delectable, especially in combination with the hibachi dinner. The soup beforehand is pretty bland (which is why it’s only a 4.5 out of 5 to me), but the salad is coated in a special dressing that is amazing! Yes, they give you a lot but it isn’t overwhelming. The Kentucky roll and the Spicy Crunchy Roll are two of my favorites and the sauce drizzled over the top of the roll is great as well. Wait staff is great as well and the food comes quick!
Never eat here! Disgusting.. This place has only 1 redeeming value, that is it’s waitstaff. They are very friendly. Kind of feel bad for them however, the food is disgusting. Perhaps the Japanese cuisine has be southernized but it is inedible. Both the sushi and the habachi grill was nasty, nasty, nasty. Tables had layers of grime. Menu’s were peeling and falling apart, could hardly read them. Sushi wasn’t fresh and rolls weren’t made well. Fried Rice tasted like it had cheese in it. Hibachi chicken was rubbery with some strange unidentifiable sauce on it. All my colleagues agreed we would never go there again.17 Mar, 2015Lousy Japanese Cuisine. This is some of the nastiest Sushi and Habachi my colleagues and I have ever eaten. Menu’s are falling apart, tables have several layers of grime on them. Food does not taste as it should. Chicken hibachi had some strange unidentifiable sauce on it and was rubbery. Fried rice tasted like it had cheese mixed in. Very weird. Sushi rolls were not well wrapped, and tasted not fresh. I would not go again.
Best sushi place in Jonesboro. This is my favorite place in Jonesboro to eat! The sushi is the best in town! The service is always great too! This place doesn’t service alcohol, but it’s definitely worth trying!
Like most sushi places, the lunch special is worth the trip. Modern atmosphere, beautiful cuisine. It’s tasty too.
This restaurant is a joke! We waited 2 1/2 hours for our food to get to our table the first time we went. This time we thought we’d try ordering and picking up. They charge the same prices for their dinner take-out as they do if you’re eating there (which is fine) but I counted 8 pieces if steak and 4 pieces of shrimp. My plate looked like someone had snacked in it before we picked it up. They also charge $5 for extra sauce container which is unlimited and FREE if you eat in the restaurant! Our soups were also spilled out into out sushi when we got it home. For $60 take-out I expected to get to actually eat my dinner! We will not be eating here again.
I really wish they were open during off peak hours so I can enjoy their food while I’m on break at work.
I ate here a few weeks ago. I got chicken and rice to eat. It wasn’t the best food, but it was decent. At supper, it is pricy. I would say go at lunch!
