Unprofessional. I had a semi-bad experience twice with servers standing around, talking to each other while I sat there waiting to be served, but decided to give it another chance. My last visit, the server apparently was at or near the end of her shift and a shift leader/manager begins telling her about having to work a shift that she was obviously unhappy about. Rather than move to somewhere private, they begin to argue about the situation well within earshot of me and other diners. In the meantime, she is still holding my ticket, which apparently never made it to the kitchen. After about 5 minutes of arguing, she goes back to the kitchen and reemerges with her coat and purse, walks out the door. I sat there another 10 minutes while 2 other servers talked. Never once did they come by my table to see what the issue may have been. I walked out after a 20 minute wait. Terribly unprofessional. I wont be back.

Half of our table got their food and finished it before I got mine. After the food was delivered, we didn’t see our server until we called on another member of the wait staff to get him for us. Worst service ever received. I am highly disappointed.
NOT WORTH IT>. Ok, this is the jist of it. The service is terriable and the food is ok. The severs are mostly teenagers, and whats worst is that they act like they dont want to be there, let alone serve anyone. The time that I went there was at 1 in the morning, and they had 4 servers. It was just me and my friend, and another table there. Our server was more interested in hanging out with the other group off people than to get us anything. Just dont go, its not worth the time.
Restaurant floors were dirty and staff were all congregated at the server stand. Food was ok compared to other iHops I have visited but what made this experience bad was the cleanliness and atmosphere.
A natIonal chain, yes. But we have always had excellent coffee shop service here, even on busy Saturday mornings.
