Loved It. I had the Flo’s Filet & Lobster Shrimp Pasta and it was to die for. Service was really good too. Best steak I have eaten in Jonesboro.
Concept Store. Most Longhorn Steakhouse locations that I have visited are no different from Colton’s or Texas Roadhouse… peanuts on the floor, very casual, honey on the table, and overly loud. This location, according to the manager I spoke with when we first visited a year ago, is purposefully NOT the typical model. They are reportedly trying out a concept of being a higher-end establishment. The menus are wooden and covered in leather. Service is the priority, followed closely by the food. It is one of our favorite destinations in Jonesboro!One of our two steaks were waaaay over cooked recently, and the wait staff immediately removed it and sent the store manager to our table before we could say anything. A replacement was brought to our table within minutes.
Great food, great service. Always have great steaks here, good bread, fast , friendly service, nice atmosphere, kid friendly. on my last visit, my waitress noticed my steak was slightly over cooked, i said it was fine, bc still tasted great. within five minutes she had a new steak in front of me, without me even asking. cant ask for better service
