I enjoy going to Panera because I consistently get healthy and tasty food. During my last visit, I got a chicken caesar salad with just the right amount of dressing and fresh ingredients. My main complaint is the price, which is typical of a sit-down restaurant.

Too expensive, not as good as San Fran. Being a vegetarian, finding sensible and inexpensive options as far as eating out is concerned is often a challenge. I went to Panera Bread thinking that since they are a large chain store that they would have sensible and delicious vegetarian options. Negative. The only vegetarian option they had was literally a salad on a piece of stale bread. None of it was warm, nor even cold it was that awkward lukewarm temperature. I paid $7 for a TINY half of this veggie sandwich and soup that was watered down. I will not be returning. I would rather support a business like San Fran Bread Co. that actually provides more options for we of certain dietary needs.
Went for the first time today and was kinda disapointed. I had the mediterainian veggie sandwich and the crust was so tough I couldn’t chew it and there was way too much feta cheese on it that’s all I could taste. I also orderd some water and never got that. It was pretty overpriced for what it was but I’ll prolly go back to try something else. The pastry selection looked good.
Great environment. A little over priced for what you get, but the food was good. All bread is made from scratch in the restaurant.
