This Red Lobster location is usually fairly good at providing good food, with good service, in a clean dining area. I always enjoy my meal at Red Lobster, but I do see room for improvement. First, all beverages, are too expensive. Both soft drinks and bar drinks seem to be about 25% overpriced compared to competitive restaurants. Second, the portion sizes have really shrunk over the past few years. I remember the days of having a full plate of food at Red Lobster, and always taking home some leftovers. Those days are gone. I’d be ok with shrinking portions if the prices had dropped as well, but the prices have edged upward at the same time. While I still really enjoy the food, I no longer feel that Red Lobster is a good value. I eat here far less often than I once did.
Loved It !. I had not been to the Red Lobster in Jonesboro in well over a year and was really surprised on well the staff was treating customers. If you haven’t been in awhile you really should try them again. My grand daughter had the grilled salmon and I had the Admiral’s Feast. Both dishes were to die for. Cooked to perfection. We also had a chance to meet the general manager the night we were there and were treated like royals. Great service, Great food.

The first time I ate there it was very good but has been getting progressively worse every visit. Seems like the food has been made in advance and then sat out and started to dry. I had the NY Strip and Rock Lobster and both were dry and bland. I normally order steaks med rare but most times they come out barely cooked with a dark cool color(rare), so I went medium and it came out like done/well done. I really do think this was the last time I’ll eat there, what a waste of $50…08 Oct, 2012Total let down.
