Best place in town by far. Having just moved from Chicago it was a great surprise to not only find authentic and classic dishes but a great neighborhood feel where friends meet. Love the live music with no cover on Friday and Saturday’s. They started having Karaoke on Wednesday and the guy brings in a fun crowd. The food has been consistent each time. The Ahi Tuna steak is fantastic and for 8.99 with salad and side the best deal in town. The Pizza I heard struggled the first couple of months after opening but they have it down now – all the deep dish and thin I have had were cooked perfectly. Love hanging out as it reminds me of the neighborhood pubs in Chicago. Happy hour 7 days a week 3 to 7pm…can’t beat it!

On a slow Saturday afternoon we ate in, ordering the salmon with a side of fried green beans, and an Italian sausage sandwich with cheese (+$1) and hot peppers (+$1) and fries (+$1.99). The salmon and fried green beans were quite good. The Italian sausage was tasty but small – the size of a hot dog, with lots of bread around it, and the extra $1 worth of cheese was barely visible and hot peppers for another $1 were really a sort of mixed pickled vegetables. The fries were disappointing – not only was it a small amount for $1.99 but they were soggy, not crisp. The waitress was pleasant but in spite of only two tables in the whole place being occupied, service was slow.
