The location is supper & the Greeks sandwich with hummus plus pita chips is an excellent combo. I recommend eating both on your next visit.
It is a gift shop with a cafe inside, so its not a very nice or fancy place, but the food is REALLY good. I had the Veggie patty wrap and it was delicious!!
Vegan options and very good. We had the chickpea wrap and the portobello wrap – both were substantial and delicious. We also bought a couple sweet treats for the road.
Little rock eats. The chickpea wrap was off the hook. I will tell all the vegans i see to eat at 4square when there in little rock and i got to say the service is good also. Fayetteville does not have wraps that good
Vegan Soup & Sandwich. My friend took me to 4square Cafe and I had the Vegan soup and sandwich for today and it was delicious. I plan to visit the Cafe more often and the customer service was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome!. For rarely eating out, the quality of food, customer care and price are to die for. I am not a vegetarian but the all vegetarian menu does not concern me as the food is really good and healthy. And I get treated as a Person, not a dollar sign. I just wish 4square was located near my office.
Mango & Spinach Salad. Had one of the best salads I’ve ever had today. I visited 4Square and asked them if they had any of their mango & spinach salads. She said she would be happy to make me one and asked me what I wanted on it. She told me that she put chopped pecans along with a strawberry dressing on it and I said that would be fine. I then asked if she could put portobello mushrooms on it. They were chopped up but was still good. Loved it, loved it, loved it! AND there was nothing small about the size of this salad! I will be back for more!
