We ordered take out the sweet-and-sour chicken with a order of fried dumplings. The sweet-and-sour chicken didnt have any sweet-and-sour sauce didnt see any vegetables except a piece of onion and a piece of pineapple. the breading on the chicken was soggy and hardly cooked. the rice was good. the dumplings we ordered were supposed to be fried werent sure if they were steamed or microwaved it was a real disappointment. we tried to re-cook it at the house but it still didnt taste the same and weve been sick all the next day with stomach problems and may go to the doctor. We are the really surprised on how our order turned out because its usually a nice portion this time we only were given half of the usual portion and the chicken is usually a golden color to it with crispy texture. We will not be going back for a while.
I went to AW Lin for my birthday, and it was amazing! The server was so friendly and even sang happy birthday to me with the rest of my friends! Plus, the food was delicious. I especially loved the Philly Rolls. Definitely the best Asian restaurant I’ve been!
Just o mentionWe are big time foodies and know how the business worksWe rarely or never write bad or hate reviews This is my first ever long review Please consider reading onceMost pathetic place everThe chef is the most horrible person one will ever come acrossLet me tell you guys why am I saying such things about themWe are vegetarians and don’t eat any kind of meat,egg, fish, beef,chicken and any kind of such thingsThe server was new and took our orderKnowing that server was new we took great care and repetitions and specifications while placing our order so much so that I almost had made myself very clear About what we dont want Then after our order arrives we see something different in it like eggs in drunken noodlesSo we call the owner and ask himHe says its not eggsSo we happily start eating itAnd after few mins he comes again and said that he checked with the chef and it was eggsNow let me tell u beforehand that its a major sin in our religion n custom to consume those products I mentioned before And such a thing(adding eggs to our order ) has happened not first but the third time in the same restaurant Then the chef comes out and stats telling us that in business mistakes happen we don’t intentionally do it(in a very rude tone) and says do u want us to get another one for u (when the owner had already told us he would get another) n then when I asked her that in the past was she the one whom I sent photos of the messed up order (since it was a to go order ) she immediately realised who we were and still continued to explain in a very rude and pathetic way that mistakes happen and such special order requests is difficult to be made (was that a huge request) and they cant do anything about it so much so that she was blaming the new server for her wrong order and the server was blaming the chefThen when my husband got a bit mad and said that its ok we just need the check despite of us not eating Anything as we realised it too soon after all the food came about the eggs and that we got the message conveyed by her( not to come there but visit some other place) she was completely fine and wasn’t bothered at all that she might lose her customers or get a bad review or even be sorry about it In fact she got us our check and walked away very rudely and with a lot of bad attitudeI highly request all the vegetarian eaters to Plz consider some other place Not Coz mistakes happen there Coz they dont value customers money and time and empty stomachs and aren’t apologetic upon their mistakes and in fact explain the customers not to give such order requests( when in past they had agreed that they can make anything vegetarian and hence we decided o go there despite of their 2 times messing ) that clearly shows that we are humans and we do understand that mistakes happenBut upon their convincing that they can make anything vegetarian for us its obvious for us to go thereSo please consider some other place than this inhuman placeThe chef is crazy and doesn’t deserve to work anywhere especially in this professionMy kid got up halfway eatingWe didn’t eat anything There were 5 orders on out table and she didn’t bother at all to even tell us to finish that and goI mean we would have But who would love to eat even a single bit of it after such humiliationWe paid 55 after not being charged for the messed up item(obviously how could they charge)And had to go at some other place at 9.45 pm with a 2 year old I strongly condemn this place and will make sure that the chef receives this message Poonam
A.W. Lins Asian Cuisine is amazing. If you haven’t gone, go!!! A must for anyone. One of the best in town and I love Asian Cuisine for sure. The location is great. The food is pure heaven. The price is right on. The service … OMG best is town for sure. The owners really try hard to make you feel right at home. We might not always remember each others names but we (the owners and myself) always have a smile, a nice warm hand shake from the husband and a friendly hug from the wife, just brightens both of our days. Drinks are awesome, one of the best places to try Sake of many different kinds. My step-mother is picky on her martinis and A.W. Lins Asian Cuisine is her favorite place for sure. Always willing to make it right.The food is to die for. I suggest The Drunken Duck. OMG haven’t experienced anything as amazing as that dish. Don’t get me wrong everything is good but something about The Drunken Duck, it is just that good.
I enjoy the food and atmosphere at A.W.Lins Asian Cuisine. I go to A.W.Lins on weekends, sitting in the bar, drinking a bottle of Tsingtao beer, ordering an entree, watching some sports and talking with their stuff and owner. Their dishes are very delicious and I like their sushi bar also. Honey walnut shrimp and volcano roll are my favorite. The atmosphere is both clean, tidy and most importantly friendly. All the staff members greet me smiles and warmth. I would thoroughly recommend A.W.Lins Asian Cuisine to anyone who likes Asian food.
Sushi is fresh, sushi chef and bartender are approachable, attentive, and friendly! Above average wine selection, decent house wines, and 8:30 pm happy hour for sushi & house wine….
Food and sake were amazing. The service from Parker was on point. We were kind of in a hurry and he got us out of there super quick!
