  Unprofessional and Inconsiderate. I love their cupcakes. They are great. However, I will never recommend their services again because a co-worker used them for their wedding. She consistently got the run around. On confirmation phone calls she had to re-do her order like it was the first time that they had spoken. However, she finally got the cupcakes and the wedding was a success. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and disorganized they were and thought maybe it was my co-worker because of the stress of getting married. However, I went to the establishment to get my daughter a treat only to find that the hours had changed. NO warning or prior posting. I still went yet again knowing I would have to wait until they opened at 10:30 AM. So I arrived at 10 AM and waited. At 10:20 AM a woman opened the door and placed a sign that said closed for MLK day! This is 10 minutes prior to opening. There was nothing on their website, facebook page or twitter account to forewarn me that they wouldn’t be opened. Well I love the quality of their cupcakes they don’t take their customers into consideration which I think is a fatal flaw and very rude and arrogant on their part. So it is very hard for me to say that I vote that don’t like them but customer service and being considerate of your customer is huge in my book.

  Best cupcakes ever. I’m surprised at the amount of negative reviews here, since this place has, without a doubt, the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. Every kind I try has been great but I always go back to the red velvet. Their cupcake frosting is the only kind of frosting I will eat, since I find other frostings to taste overly sweet and oily. Their other treats are great as well, especially the blondie/cookie bar things. The store is really cute and smells amazing from all the goodies, and the ladies that work there are always really sweet when I go in there. The only negative thing that could be said is that if you don’t show up early, there might be a limited selection of goods. (That can be said for anywhere, I think, really, who shows up at the end of the day expecting to find full shelves of stuff that will have to be thrown away after close??) But they always put on Facebook or Twitter what that days selection will be, and a lot of times they tweet special offers you can take advantage of if you’re in the area. It’s honestly a good thing I don’t live closer, or I’d never stop eating those cupcakes.I’ve been a fan since May 2010, and I recommend this place to everyone I know, loudly and often.

  I absolutely love their cupcakes, as I am on a diet, I appreciate the smaller- sized cupcakes. They are so much better than Gigi’s!!
