This is the worst restaurant in the state by far!! Their food is way overpriced and I was not right for a week after eating their sad excuse for chicken. The putrid smell hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. Im almost positive that on the one day a year they mop they use dirty water with some old beer mixed in becaise thats about how this place always smells. And dont even get me started on the drinks the beer selection is weak at best and they jack the prices up similar to Manhattan dance club. Stay far away!
Poor management, waitresses spread too thin. I went to this BWW Thursday 2/27/14. I’m from out of state, and I love BWW back at home. But the experience here was poor. We sat in the bar area and waited 20 minutes before we ever even saw a staff member at our table. It took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. I watched our waitress and noticed there were only two waitresses serving the entire bar area, so our waitress must have had at least 10 tables. It had been a good 20 minutes and we still hadn’t ordered our food yet. The whole time the manager is standing behind the bar, not really doing anything, just standing there. Finally someone from our party got up and ask the waitress while she was at the bar if we could reorder drinks and food. She was rightfully stressed and looked to her manager for help. When none was given, attention was turned to the manager and he finally got the picture and got us our drinks himself. When we finally did get our food, about 30 minutes later, a lot of it was cold and a drink was knocked off our table. It took 15 minutes for the manager to get a mop. The manager, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, is incompetent and lacks leaderships skills and that resulted in poor service. I feel sorry for the waitresses here.
