Consistently good food with quick service. It’s never been overly crowed and is always clean. I’ve had a burrito once or twice; typically I get a salad with steak or carnitas. The patio area is great on nice evenings.
Possible acceptable. Well my daughter wanted to try Chipotle so here we go. Price Ok I guess. Food Ok I guess. Not really satisfied but if I had nothing else to eat I guess I would stop here. Food was luke warm and the cold sour cream, cold cheeses, and cold guacamole made the entire burrito cold. Found a small bone in my chicken. Manager not really sincere. He did apology and gave me a free burrito coupon. Felt like he was going thru the motions of hus training. Atmosphere is ok. Music didn’t fit the theme or was anywhere near any themed dining establishment so it stood out to me. Well it safe to say that my home cooking doesn’t have anything to fear yet. Sorry Chipotle, I will not be returning.
The service here is always great – everyone is so friendly! However, half the time the food is excellent, other times it is like ordering a helping of flavorless mush. Hit and miss, but well worth it if you catch them at the right time, I guess.
Great experience and excellent service! A guy named Taylor went above and beyond expectations! I have a food allergy and he specially prepared my food and was very careful the entire process. He worked quickly, professionally, and personally. The food was great and service will keep me coming back!
I like!. Don’t know why it took me so long to eat here but it was better than expected. Flavorful food and the lobby is always clean. I’m never quite full when I leave but I’m satisfied. The line is usually long but it moves fast.
Crazily oversalted chips ruin the day. I ordered takeout, and when I got home about 15 minutes later, I was surprised that everything was so cold. I suspect it wasn’t very hot to begin with.I had the carnitas in a bowl, which had good flavor, with brown cilantro rice. The rice seemed a bit too crunchy. The portion seemed very large, enough for two meals, and I’m a big fella.I also ordered a side of chips and guacamole. The chips were extremely salty and not very fresh, and that ruined much of the rest of the meal.I will say that the chicken and steak both looked freshly grilled and very tasty. If I ever go back, I’ll try one of those.
Courteous staff, delicious food, and a wonderful experience EVERYTIME. I love the brown rice option and the freshness of ingredients. It is also nice that I can get 1/2 and 1/2 of two meats, no extra charge. Finally, GUILTFREE fast food!
