I have been to Copper Grill twice now and the food is pretty good. The restaurant setting is very nice with an outdoor patio. The patio is right in a busy street and fairly noisy. The food is always prepared well and presented pretty well but I am always looking for more. The salmon is done well but the sides are lacking in taste. The salad was fresh but the dressing was bland. I would like to see them follow through with an exceptional meal. I will give it another try someday.
Tried to help a neighbor business many time by taking visitors there and purchasing gifte cards from them. But last night did the icing on the cake to not go to the establishment anymore. I had the taco shrimp which was cold cold. I mentioned it to server and all they did was nuke the plate with all the fresh veggies and sauce which made the food tasteless and the cream sauce melted like water. She did not even ask how was it or why most of the food was left on the plate.
