A pretty authentic Mexican restaurant with excellent and very fast service. Pretty standard offerings and consistent. Good but nothing really above average. If you are looking for good, quick food and very good service, this is a good downtown option.
Good Food. Horribe Service. Sooo. I like this place. At least the food, anyway. But I will not go back because the last 3 times I have ordered to go, the service has been terrible. I work downtown and it’s a quick walk to this place. But no matter if I call in an order or just go down and pick one up they not only mess it up, but it takes forever. Today I waited 45 minutes for a taco salad, because the cashier girl does not know how to take orders and also does not know how to ring people up efficiently. In addition, I requested jalapenos, which I did not get, and she argued with me about giving me an extra salsa. They give you a big bag of chips to go, and you can only have 2 tiny salsas. I wait 45 minutes, and you’re arguing with me about 1 extra salsa? I mean, tis is Mexican food. I could have sat down at a table and been done quicker, although then when I needed to pay my check, I guess it would have been a problem. I wish I could recommend this place, but because the service is horrible, I just can’t. I’ve give them 3 chances. I give up.
