A new location in the old Union Bank Building downtown. This is a small restaurant catering to the downtown crowd. Specializing is soul food. The place looks like they had a limited budget for the opening. There is a small food line with 2 meat choices and several vegetables along with roll or cornbread. There were a few pieces of pie in plastic containers. I had theMeatloaf with mashed potatoes, roll and pumpkin pie. The lasagna was very dense and difficult to cut the pasta with a fork. Flavoring was ok. Mashed potatoes were good and rolls were standard fare. The pumpkin pie was very good. Even though it is new, there was a very steady flow of traffic through the lunch hour.
