The food is very good, but on a recent visit, we had a very grumpy waitress. She was curt and never smiled at us. We are normally generous tippers but not this time.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!. My office orders from this place on a weekly basis. I order the EXACT same thing every time , Chicken Fried rice with a few packets of Mustard. I don’t like soy sauce or duck sauce so i exchange them for mustard. This time we go in a Katie at the front desk has the worst attitude i have ever seen. She is so rude. We ask for mustard packet instead of soy and duck sauce and she said they don’t have Mustard packets and have never had mustard packets. I told her that wasn’t true that i get them EVERY TIME i go. She kept getting ruder and ruder and saying they don’t’ have it. We paid for the food and opened our bags to make sure our orders were correct and what do i see inside??? a packet of Soy Sauce, Duck Sauce and Mustard packet…. we pulled it out and said what is this, I thought you don’t have mustard.. She didn’t know what to say!! SHE IS A LIAR and RUDE!!! We will not be ordering for this place EVER AGAIN!!!!!
Meh…. I know I’m picky about my Chinese food. It has to be fantastic or I won’t waste my time with it. I’m not impressed with this place. First, the place needs some serious tlc… I was getting grossed out by how dirty the wall was by out booth & the tablecloths are worn & tacky & it was just weird how dressed up the severs were but place looked a bit rundown. The wontons were decent but a bit over cooked, the soups weren’t great & our food was ok… My husband likes the place enough but I’d rather not go back. We’ve been 3 times to give the place a chance.

Disappointing….. food was under spiced and rather bland.Service was good.
Pricey take-out. Their on-line menu must be way out of date or perhaps their cashier cannot add. Three $6.95 take-out dinner items worked out to $33 after tax. The food was okay but not great and I could have dined in there or at 2 or 3 other Chinese restaurants for less.
Good food, so-so service. The food at Fu Lin is really good. I have not had anything there that I didn’t like. My only complaint is the service. I am not trying to be racist or anything, but why do they have Mexicans working at a Chinese restaurant? When you order they constantly have to ask one of the Chinese girls what to do. The only good waiter there is a White guy. I think his name is Chris. He has always done a great job! To sum it up, the food is good, but the wait staff needs improvement.
