This place is gorgeous. However – the service is by far NOT customer friendly. We were greeted by the bartender upon arrival and didn’t see him until 20 minutes after our drinks were empty. He had no problem taking care of other guests around the bar but never stopped to our section except to ask if we were ready for the check. I don’t know if Gage was new or just incompetent however management should reconsider a new bartender.
A lovely evening. A truly perfect night. My wife and I decided to go out the day before Valentine’s to beat the rush, and she wanted steak. Wanting to try a new place, I found Heritage and booked my reservation online.What an absolutely lovely experience! Our waiter was friendly and timely with his service, yet didn’t continue to barrage us with questions. The food was wonderful. I had the Crab Cake and Lamb Rack while my wife had the Caesar and Filet (8 oz). Both were delicious and filling on their own.Then, the manager, Keith, came over and talked to my wife and I for a while. This was the first time we had been on a date since we got our two foster boys last June, and we must have looked pitiful, because he immediately wanted to talk about our life story. After telling him about our year, he gave us a great discount on a room so that we didn’t have to drive, and got us free breakfast at Heritage the next morning.Keith and the Heritage Grille team gave us a magical weekend. Thank you guys

Exceptional service and very nice and then came the food. I had the rack of lamb. It was cooked to perfection and a nice portion! Our waiter recomended us share the side because they are so large and he was right! My girfriend ordered the Chilean Seabass. It melted in your mouth and the taste was PERFECT! I can’t wait for our next visit!
They took great care of us!!. I need to entertain a group of 6 partners at the last minute and got a recommendation to try out this new steak and seafood restaurant – it was outstanding!! what surprise to find such great seafood in Little Rock! I was told the Steaks were perfect and I had the plank roasted Salmon. We’ll be back
