Poor customer service. Food is uninteresting and not a good value in terms of quality and quantity and has deteriorated over the years. Do not recommend.
I placed an order at this restaurant, through Waitr. For nearly an hour, I waited on the order confirmation. When Waitr’s staff called to see what was happening, an employee informed them that the manager of this restaurant disallowed them from taking orders after 8pm. Their posted hours are until 9pm. This is absolutely unacceptable! If they don’t want to take orders after 8pm, they should change their posted hours of operation to reflect that. They’ve lost my business; and, I’ll be sure to let others know to take their business somewhere where it is appreciated and respected.
