Service is impeccable. Food delicious. Call ahead and they will customize your menu to say Happy Birthday or whatever event. Brunch highly recommended.
On this crisp Saturday morning I came to eat here with my best friend. The service was fast. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. This place is a breath of fresh air.
Breakfast at One Eleven. I waited, patiently, for over an hour for a simple plate of eggs and potatoes with bacon. The bacon was thick, crisp and out of this world fantastic but the rest of the food was subpar at best. After the long wait and astronomical bill, I think we would have been better off eating at Waffle House.
One eleven. No salad available this might or one of the 2 specials. For this level of dining is sorely disappointing. I have owned several restaurants surely of not this level but we never ran out of food. If your distributer could not deliver your lettuce then you should have gone to buy it at Whole Foods or Fresh Market instead of saying you did not have any salads for the night. Also I ordered sea bass which they didn’t have either I’m sure they could have gotten that somewhere else also. A good restaurant especially of this caliber should never run out of anything especially a salad. Lisa Hamric
Try the $16 Chef’s Express lunch- it’s 5 courses, artfully chosen and executed- served at once in a specially designed platter. My guess is that, like me, you’ll be back for dinner.
Food and design a big step down from former self.. Service, food only one step above the Arlington.
Chef Joel Antunes establishes a home base. After months of packing a menu with different flavors, Chef Joel Antunes has finally found what he was looking for — a defined flavor for his focus at the Capital Hotel. You can tell his love of mushrooms, fine cheese and great legumes in what’s offered. The reinvisioned space that was once home to Ashley’s is now brighter, less formal and more straightforward. The new zinc bar that faces out to the hotel lobby is also open for business and for coffee in the morning. tiedyetravels.com
