Probably some of the best Mexican food I’ve had since moving to Arkansas. Good margaritas, excellent salsa, tasty food. My waitress was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and made several recommendations. I will return to this location.

Famous Molcjete was split by my hubby and I and it was one of the best Mexican dishes we’ve ever eaten. Food, service was awesome. Can’t wait to come back.
Burrito El Marino. If you like sea food , this is just for you , Grilled shrimp, Scallops & Tilapia in a delightful blend of fresh peppers, onion’s , cilantro and tomatoes. topped with white cheese and it’s served with mexican refried beans or charro beans and rice. The dish is very lite my wife and i enjoy it , Service is also very good and they have a tequila bar with over 150 tequilas to choose from , and fresh squeezed lime and orange margaritas, the true skinny margaritas.Give them a try it’s delisioso !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Find them on face book they also have promos and discounts santo coyote choose the one on plesant ridge rd .
Average really. The decor is nice and the staff is friendly. I do love their guacamole and hey hey hey…Wednesday = 1.25 margarita.
I loved it! They have a large selection of steak and seafood unlike most other Mexican places. You can even choose from about 5 different sauces as to how you want your seafood seasoned which is nice. I found the atmosphere to be nice but was rather cold. The air conditioning definitely works! Overall, the service was just average but I would certainly return.
Just another Mexican place. It seems that around every corner in Little Rock is a Mexican restaurant. And they are ALL the same! Unfortunately, Santo Coyote fits into that as well. Don’t get me wrong- the food and service is good. And actually, the design of the restuarant is interesting. However, the food is what you’ll find at any place like Senor Tequila, Mexico Chiquito, and on and on and on. I will say that I ordered the chicken fajitas and I was surprised at how much chicken I got for a fairly decent price. Usually when I order fajitas anywhere else, they skimp on the meat. All in all, there’s no reason NOT to go. But there’s no reason just to make a special trip to it, either.
