Horrible Food service, decent food. Just dined at Sky and was extremely disappointed in the way the food was served. We ordered the stuffed jalapenos for the appetizer and that was nothing special, it seemed like it needed some more spice to it. That was the least of our problems. We order 2 house rolls (yellowtail and spicy tuna), the sky roll, 1 order of sashimi, and the tuna tataki salad. Those item tasted ok nothing spectacular, but the main issue with this place was the speed at which the food came out. Waiting for our food is something I would expect if it was really busy, but with 2 sushi chefs getting 1 roll every 10 minutes is a little ridiculous. I highly doubt I will be returning to this place.

Restaurant doesn’t focus on what’s inside the rolls as much as how much extra stuff they can pile on top. This makes it difficult to fit the whole thing in your mouth. Wasn’t very impressed. And they steal from their serves.
If I Could Just Get Past the Sushi–. –I’d try the hibachi menu. But I can’t. I love the sushi. In fact, I often call in an order to pick up for lunch. Just wonderful!
