Don’t go. You are risking your life if you try to turn left into this place. Also, the sign in the place says seat yourself. When we did that we were asked to give up the table to someone waiting by the front door. The sign does not say first come first served. It does not say wait in line. It does not say we will seat you. It was embarrassing to be asked to give up the table. Lost a good customer.
Bad Customer Service. First time to any Pizza Cafe location. Went to the West location to order out. The staff behind counter rude, had to wait to be acknowledged even there. Girl behind counter could not be bothered. Took order, did not ask if wanted anything to drink while waiting on to go order. Three people behind counter talking & looking at their cell phones.Pizza was o.k. There are a million pizza places in Little Rock. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

As good as the original. But closer to home.Ever since I moved out of Riverdale and out into the sticks I have missed Pizza Cafe. How excited I was to hear that they were opening out west (or, back in town for me!).The pizza is just the same as the original, which is excellent, it’s just 15 miles closer! The draft beer selection lacks (no Diamond Bear Pale Ale!?) but the pizza makes up for it.
Horrible!!! My girlfriend and I visited for the first time and noted that it was very busy. We waited patiently by the door for 30 minutes and was never greeted. We continued to wait patiently after seeing a 6 TOP leave due to the size of the table. Another customer proceeded past us to speak with friends while her three kids went to the large table and she and another kid occupied the smaller table that her friends just left. We left in disgust. Management needs to play a more active role or find a new line of work.
