I was not impressed!!! No Yum Yum (pink sauce) or anything!!! Food was dry to me I had to find an alternative to not feel like I was swallowing dry rice! On the good side the Manager was awesome in accommodating use during our meal!!! Gave us free apps and desserts to compensate for the main meal not being so great! The sushi was awesome! I would recommend the sushi!
Great Valentines Dinner. We went to Benihana’s on Friday Feb 13th for Valentines Day. We had a reservation at 6:30, we were a tad early and they immediately sat us at a table. Zack was our Chef and he was personable and well prepared and our meal was great. Zack was very thoughtful and took special care to engage the children at our table. The food was Fabulous! My husband was even talking about how great our meal was the next day.
Called yesterday to book a table for 8 people and were told they do not take reservations. We arrive at 11am to be told it will be 25 minute wait. I large group who arrived after us were seated before us and when we inquired we were told they had reservations. We were seated after one hour. The table next to us rec’d their drinks, salad and food before us and they came in after us. When we complained to the manager he said ‘sorry due to holiday but he was sending his best chef’. Had to ask for refills and wait on bill while the table was cleared. Food was good, service poor, management useless. Will not return!!!
UNHAPPY GUEST. This is an over rated restaurant, the prices are EXTREMLY off the charts….Do not order fried rice, it’s gooey, sticky and taste awful. I had a call In order and still had to wait as if I had just placed my order. I will not be going BACK EVER..
Definitely on a higher price scale but you get an awesome environment with quality food. If you want the same food but less of a bill, then try crazy hibachi or kanpei.
I’ve eaten at the sushi bar on weekdays a few times on business and I was not happy with the service. I’ve heard they are better on weekends and the tables have good service. May have to try it to change my vote.
