Sherwood/NLR gem for lunch or dinner! You can literally close your eyes and select anything on the menu, it is that good! From burgers to sandwiches(Rueben), and the great vegetable soup, and Woman Made Chili, there is something for every taste. The only real Sherwood institution ran by people that care about your satisfaction, and you can taste it. Have been eating here for about thirty years and have never had a bad experience, ever!
Chicken Nachos. Delicious
We had lunch there today for their juicy cheeseburgers, crispy onion rings and fries. Other times, we have enjoyed the Rueben and Grilled Club. Grandson liked the cheese pizza. Their chili dogs are also really good. Forget the dinner platters though.
Frozen food. What ever you do do not order the chicken fried steak. prebattered and has no taste or flavor. white gravey even had a sour taste. i recommend going to sonic for a steak sandwich which is also frozen but atleast has flavor and half the price.
Best place in town!. Gadwall’s is definitely a family favorite! It’s very low-key and inexpensive, plus the food and service are WONDERFUL! They have the BEST cheese dip in Central Arkansas!
