Poor record for the NLR store. I avoided this Hardee’s for several years due to low quality of the food. But after enjoying high quality food and service from your Sheridan, Ar location (especially the black angus burgers and lately the spectacular thick burgers), I surmised the chain had been upgraded across the board, but no, I went thru the drive-thru at your N.Little Rock store a few nights ago, ordered the thick burger, got the correct bun, meat, cheese and 2 pickle slices. Never again at this location.

I rarely ever eat at Hardees and it’s mostly because it’s out of my way or just too far away by just a couple of you miles. in fact I would probably not ever be the one to say hey let’s go have Hardys…. With that being said I just left its 3 a.m. While the prices were mind boggling and in my opinion just extremely high the customer service was so great just the personality the employee makes me not even care about how this meal taste lol that just goes to show you how much customer service can impact a business
