I know that the guidelines say to be friendly and helpful, but I have to be honest and say that the experience I just had at Kirin Garden was bordering on gross. In spite of the waitresses sweeping everywhere constantly, the cleanliness of the floor, the buffet, and especially the bathrooms is awful. The beef in the pepper beef was tough. The eggrolls and the coconut shrimp were dripping in grease. The texture of the General Tsos Chicken was like it had been simmering for hours. One of the pieces of sushi I ate literally tasted rotten. And the state of both of the toilet stalls in the mens bathroom is beyond polite description And it was obvious that they had been that way for quite some time. Im sorry Kirin Garden, I have tried you a few times, but until you clean up your act, I wont be back.
