This the absolute best Mexican food in central arkansas! Always fresh and delicious with excellent service! I would eat here every day if my wife would let me, lol

Birthday Gathering. Two years later. Well, I was invited to a pre-Birthday gathering on March 14, 2015 and our group had around 7 people. It was busy and there were alot of people there. Now mind you we were there for about 20 minutes before our waiter even acknowledged our table, smh. When he finally came to the table we ordered our drinks and that took another 10 minutes; we ordered our food OMG it was even worse. To make a long story short, our tickets were wrong, food items added to the other people tab, the manager acted like he didn’t care and our waiter (NO WORDS, NO TIP). The customer service and service was AWFUL TO THE FULLEST. Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awful time! North Little Rock location. We went to Santo Coyote for a friends birthday, we had a party of 20 so we knew the service would be slower than normal. With that said, the food was ok, the service was ok but when it came time to pay we had 5 separate bills. We all had coupons and were told only one coupon per table. We told the manager that while we understood that but we were all paying separately why could we not use the coupon? His answer was because he said! When we told him he had just lost 20 customers he humped his shoulders and said oh well! To me this is totally unacceptable and will never go back there again! On top of that the servings were much smaller than normal.02 Feb, 2015Awful time!. Wonderful Place. I find that if you visit this place during the day, it seems to be very cluttered and unorganized. I DEFINITELY had DOUBTS about going back. However, my husband and I decided to give it one last go. The night service in the bar area is SO MUCH BETTER. We usually have one of our two favorite bartenders taking care of us. We have noticed that service is much different on the larger side of the restaurant. Sometimes it is a little busier in the bar area, but the entertainment and service is well worth it. Keep up the good work Teresa and Randy … You two are the reason we keep coming back
Definitely A Delight!. To me the environment is definitely an upscale Mexican restaurant compared to the other places I have been previously. Have been there several times and never had an issue of getting seating in an appropriate timeframe. The food is always cooked and served hot so it’s all good in my book. I typically don’t comment on waitstaff because you never know who is simply having a rough day before they came into work. You can’t expect everyone to be smiling 24/7, right? Overall, Santo Coyote is an awesome place to check out if you want some great Mexican food in a more upscale looking environment.
Horrible Service. I will never go back to this restaurant. We had to seat ourselves – hostess was too busy taking care of take out customers while 3 different groups of clients were ignored. We seated ourselves in the bar and after 10 minutes my friend got up and found us two menus. Our chips and salsa were served to us and we waited another 10 minutes for a server. Finally got our drinks (which were incorrect but what the heck, right?) waited another 5 minutes for the server to take our order – then we waited and waited and waited. Finally got the servers attention we would at least like our cheese dip and more salsa and our drinks freshened. Nothing. At all. 45 minutes into this delightful lunch we got up and left the table. As we were asking the hostess where we needed to pay for our drinks our server ran over to our table and STARTED CLEANING IT UP!!!!!!! After reading several reviews I gather bad service and no response from management is very common at this restaurant. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review of a restaurant, but this was over the top. Also, dirty dishes were everywhere – just a hot mess. I do not understand how Santo Coyote Restaurant in North Little Rock on McCain Boulevard is still open for business.
