I can’t complain at all here. I was seated quickly, enjoyed prompt service from a friendly and attentive waitress, and the steak was very tasty and cooked well. Not exactly sure it was the 8oz filet I ordered, it looked like a different cut, but it was so tasty I finished it without a word. Those hot, delicious rolls they serve before the meal would’ve been my demise had I not run out of that honey butter…
Best Texas Roadhouse we’ve been to!. What made it the best was not only the quality of food, not only the fun lively atmosphere but the amazing service of the wait staff and the manager Shawn, who went above and beyond our expectations and provided us with free extra food just because we said it was one of our favorite dishes!03 Dec, 2014The Ribs! and Their Homemade Green Beans. The ribs are super succulent and fall off the bone, the green beans are the best side I’ve ever had, soaked in smokey bacon and black pepper!
Very pleased customer!. I have had the opportunity to go to 3 different Texas Roadhouse restaurants in 3 different cities. Each time the food is EXCELLENT and the service matches! I would highly recommend eating at this establishment. Our server, and the manager, checked on us several times to ensure the experience was great. LOVE THIS PLACE!
LOVED Roadhouse IN TEXAS, but this one isn’t worth the money. There was a bug in one of our meals. The manager, dressed like he’s out with buddies looking for girls (not professional at all), does little to reconcile the problem. The waitress charged us wrong and we were so ready to be out of there, we just sucked it up and paid it. There are twenty hostesses, all just standing around talking while there are fifty people waiting to get seated for bad food and bad service. I doubt we will be back.
Didn’t think so. This place was really good at one time and somethings may still be. I love prime rib but these guys just don’t get it. Others in my party had steaks that mooed when they touched them and they should have been medium to med-well.
Not good!. If you want a good steak, good service & the steak cooked the way you ordered it, then save your money! The wait staff is horrible, young girls wanting to flirt with their boyfriends, Management has or will not do anything about this. The steaks are not cooked as ordered. Rather than cooking another steak they recook yours, then it’s overcooked. Spend another $20 & get a real steak with real service at a real steakhouse. We won’t be back.
Not my first pick…ever. I guess the first mistake I made was coming here on a Friday night: it was so busy and loud that I couldn’t have a decent conversation with my date. They have good bread and good steak, but definitely not good service. We practically had to beg someone up front to be seated, and our wait was way too long. Waitress was nice, though.
